The residents of Citrus Heights are committed to offering and living better lives and have established the REACH organization through which innovative and integrated programs are planned and implemented. REACH (Residents’ Empowerment Association of Citrus Heights) is comprised of grassroots volunteers who devote their time and efforts to unify the eleven neighborhoods of Citrus Heights through beneficial community initiatives.
